The G in G-Coaching stands for Georgina. I am a qualified leadership and organisational coach. I work independantly and also have qualified and experienced coaching colleagues that support in the coaching work I undertake. Each of us are committed to provided the very best human centred service.
I provide intuitive and bespoke coaching support for leaders, teams and organisations. I wholeheartedly believe that coaching has the power to transform lives, as it did mine. Through meaningful conversations, intuition, creative challenges, and courageous choices, to allow our uniqueness to truly flourish. By taking the time to listen, understand, and build strong relationships, incredible things can emerge.

Why coaching?
I frequently receive questions about the nature of coaching and how it differs from mentoring or training. Here’s my perspective:
While mentoring, training, consulting, and advice focus on delivering information and ideas, coaching is all about unlocking the knowledge, skills, thoughts, goals, and commitment within the individual. Coaching can take place on a one-on-one basis or in group settings, fostering personal growth and self-discovery.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership is a privilege and a challenge. While you smile for everyone else, giving the energy they need to be inspired, you may carry your worries alone. Some coaches work with the obstacles, we deal with the whole person, creating together a confidential space to explore strengths, values and beliefs and increased self awareness.
Organisational Coaching
Through organisational coaching, we can support your team to flourish. I work closely with clients to tailor a range of activities at an organisational, team and individual level. We work to look at your organisation culture and how we can develop new and existing coaching practices further to foster a coaching culture.
Consultancy Services
Your individual and organisational coaching needs will be unique to your context. I offer a flexible support package tailored to meet your individual or organisational needs, get in touch for a conversation and see how myself and my coaching colleagues can support you.
