I have worked in education and leadership for 24 years. Leading year groups, subject, departments and schools in a variety of challenging contexts. I have cut my teeth training Headteachers, early career teachers, Teaching Assistants and I teach senior leadership skills to masters degree level across business and education sectors. I coach people from all walks of life from nursing to CEOs. As a professional coach and consultant, I'm here to help you connect the dots, choose your future, and reach your full potential.
